SlowPup™ Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pup to enjoy your SlowPup purchase. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

Starting a return

Email support@slowpup.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide instructions and the correct return address.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not send returns to the address on your parcel unless we confirm it is the return address.

Return conditions

Our 30-day guarantee covers [CONFIRM WHETHER GENTLY USED PRODUCTS ARE ACCEPTED OR ONLY UNUSED PRODUCTS].

Returned products must include all components. Please clean and dry any accepted used items before returning them.

Return shipping
