At SlowPup, we want you to know what to expect from the moment you place your order until it arrives.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within [5-7 business days] after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and customs processing may affect arrival times. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you with an update and available options.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, including any applicable free shipping offers, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopslowpup.com

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped. If an incorrect address causes a package to be returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, contact support@shopslowpup.com with your order number and relevant photos, if applicable. We will investigate and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package, check nearby delivery locations and with other members of your household, then contact us for assistance.

International Orders

Where applicable, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. Any charges collected by SlowPup will be shown at checkout. Other charges may be collected by the destination country or carrier.
